Who can raise/report a concern to the welfare team?
Anyone can speak to our welfare team; this includes gymnasts, parents, coaches, management or general public.
Please be aware that all conversations are kept confidential, however if any information is disclosed to the welfare team, they will need to log this and act appropriately. This may result in the Welfare Officer speaking with other members of the team or Regional Welfare Officers etc.

If you feel that your concern can’t be dealt with by TGC’s welfare officer then you can contact either the Regional Welfare Team or the health, safety and welfare department at British Gymnastics.
